1.1 Eligibility: - The person who want to take the franchisee should be educated and able to handle the center effectively.
1.2 Infrastructure: - There should be at least 800 square feet area for operating a center (one class room, one counseling room, reception area, conference room, waiting room)
1.3 Computers: - There should be at least 6-10 computers in the center.
1.4 Staff: - The franchisee should have the capability to select the suitable candidates for marketing, training, and counseling. The initial training to the selected staff will be provided by the franchisor at H.O or R.O
1.5 Minimum population: - Where the franchisee want to operate training center, the population should not be less then 30,000.
1.6 Financial Status: - The person or company should be financially sound & ready to invest 1-3 lacs.
